Summary :Wu Yong, an inspector at the Department of Science & Technology and Energy Saving on Buildings under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, says on Dec. 14 that China will accelerate the formation of a low-carbon construction system which will feature high energy efficiency, low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions.
