From 1976 to 2009, China's angel investment has been going on growing, and going on developing in the way we struggle for 35 years. Now in urgent need to building a diversified financing system, China's venture capital financial institutions is still very young and we need to develop and prove to the world with success. In such a group of financial institutions, there is a special and familiar figure - the world’s largest angel investor network-k4 forum.

此次年会以“美国天使投资人和天使资本引入中国，将中国卓越的成功者和优秀的创业项目推向美国乃至整个世界”为己任，作为投融资领域规格高、权威性强的投融资论坛，逾百位来自国内外知名投资机构总裁、知名企业家、业内资深专家（特邀美国知名投资人）出席年会，包括K4论坛北京分会联合总裁Jenny Shi、美国商会副总裁Judith S. Karp、美国领导者协会MARTHA女士及其代表的女性精英代表团队、天使智慧谷总裁雷虹先后发表主题演讲。美国驻华大使洪博培代表Huntsman因故不能成行，特发来贺电表示祝贺！
The mission of this meeting is “to introduce American angel investors, angel capital into china and to lead Chinese excellent projects to the world”. As a high-specification and authoritative meeting, we invite well-known representatives from investment institutions at home and abroad, outstanding presidents, well-known entrepreneurs, senior industry experts (particularly American well-known investors) to attend our meeting, including jenny Shi-the president of k4 chapter, Judith S. Karp-vice president of The American Chamber of Commerce People’s Republic of China, Martha –the representative of Women’s Leadership America, Hong Lei- president of Wisdom Valley and so on. K4论坛北京分会联合总裁jenny Shi首先发表了演讲，她表示，做为全球最大的天使投资基金论坛，在海外取得了长足发展。做为这个一论坛的唯一海外机构，她也相信，K4将在中国取得更好的发展。
Jenny Shi, the president of k4 chapter, delivered a speech on the first, she believed that keiretsu Forum as the world’s largest angel investor network had gain great successes overseas and would have gain growth and development.
她表示非常希望国内外的成功的精英人士都来加入K4的行列，“K4所做的事业前所未有，颇具价值，而且意义深远。在美国天使基金随处可见，但在中国尚属新兴事业”她希望能将国外的先进理念、运营模式和资金引进中国，并把中国的东方文化及悠久的历史带到美国去，K4将竭力为大家搭建这样一个平台。
She expressed that the outstanding talents are always hotly welcomed to join K4. “What k4 doing is unprecedented, valuable, meaningful，in American the angel investment is very common, but it is still a new thing in china ”, she hoped to bring the advanced concepts, successful running model and funds to china ,at the same time, k4 tried to introduce the rich culture and the tremendous long history into U.S. In a word, k4 will do everything we can to build such a platform.

美国商会副总裁Judith S. Karp女士发表演讲。她首先简介了美国中国商会的机构组成情况。商会的理念是“交友、信息、推广、服务”四大内容。
Firstly, Judith S. Karp，vice president of The American Chamber of Commerce People’s Republic of China, she gave a briefly introduction of The American Chamber of Commerce. And its mission is “Friends, Information, Promotion, Service”.
然后Judith S. Karp透露了美国商会最近的每年例行的环境经济调查，结果表明：大多数美国企业家来中国投资都是为了把产品推向中国市场，而不是在中国建立公司，把产品再推向美国市场，除了美国外，很多海外企业也都存在着相同的问题。
Secondly, Judith S. Karp revealed a recent routine annual economic environment survey which tell that most American entrepreneurs to invest in China are designed to bring products to the Chinese market, rather than to set up companies in China, and then into the U.S. market. In addition to these American firms, there are many foreign companies faced with the same problems as above.
最后她强调：中国是个巨大的市场，有着非常光明的前景。
Finally, she stressed: China is a huge market and has a very bright future.

Martha - representative of Women’s Leadership America
来自美国领导者协会代表Martha女士带领来自美国本土的女企业家精英团队，一一做了简短介绍。此次访华她们走访了北京等地，意在寻找投资项目。经过简短茶歇交流之后，天使智慧谷总裁雷虹作了“中华大机遇”的主题演讲。
Martha from Women’s Leadership America gave a simply introduction, and this trip to china is to seek the promising projects and invest in china. After a brief exchange during the tea break, Mr Lei, president of Wisdom Valley,started his presentation.

致力拓展中国市场，来自美国CEO张希则在现场推荐“100万美金融资项目”，他有一家有着四十多人的动漫专业团队，已经在上海设立分支机构.作为美国著名动漫品牌他们曾先后参与《魔兽》、《红色警报》开发。此前他们刚刚拿到了《盗墓笔记》的游戏开发权。现在为了迅速占领中韩市场动画市场，在此次年会上推出100万美金融资项目。
Efforts to expand the Chinese market，Mr Zhang, a CEO from U.S., recommend a “1,000,000 dollars financing project” at the scene. He has a professional team with more than 40 experts, and in Shanghai has set up a branch institution. And they had successively taken part in the R & D of some well-known U.S. animation brands, such as "Warcraft", "red alert". Previously they had just got Signed Top IP of "Dao Mu Bi Ji"。Now, in order to rapidly occupying the animation market, the “1,000,000 dollars financing project” was launched in this meeting.
